I tried the blue lotus extract as i wanted to expand my pineal gland, Id been told earlier in the year from a kinesiologist that my pineal gland was calcified - I love the subtle effects of blue lotus it has a nice little buzz and i find my dreams on the nights i add it to my tea very euphoric
