Adam and Eve are the two-part base nutrient for the Goliath, Garden Of Eden Series.
Adam and Eve can be used by themselves or with other nutrient ranges, however, they are most effective when used with the full Garden Of Eden range. Containing all of the essential primary, secondary and micronutrients for vigorous and healthy plant growth.

Adam and Eve is a powerful two-part nutrient mix that provides your plants with all the essential micro and macro nutrients they need for healthy growth. It's suitable for use in both the vegetative and flowering stages, and can be easily absorbed by your plants over a wide pH range.
Adam contains high levels of calcium and iron oxide red, which helps plants take up iron within a wider pH range. Eve, on the other hand, contains high levels of magnesium and molybdenum, a trace element that aids in the assimilation of nitrogen and the uptake of potassium.
Both Adam and Eve are highly concentrated, which means a little goes a long way and provides great value. Use them as the foundation of your Garden of Eden range and watch your plants thrive.

I've been using the Adam and Eve line for 2 years. I recomend it, great results.
Quick shipping, handy bottles with the measuring bit on them. I couldnt see the NPK written on the bottles which isnt a major but is handy to record for your own records. The doses needed are quite small so if youre only doing small volumes of water dont forget to buy a pipette or syringe to measure with :)
I have only just started using the product so can't comment much on quality or results but so far so good with lettuce seedlings. Am looking forward to growing different plants with it and seeing how they go.
