How much will shipping cost?
We have 2 options, we know local courier can be expensive and we want to be available to all Kiwis equally so we offer FREE DELIVERY with courierpost.
We also offer the option of NEW ZEALAND COURIER for those who have used and trust their service, this option cost $15 per order, which we prioritize to get collected by the courier as fast as possible.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to residential or commercial addresses in New Zealand, including PO boxes and Rural addresses. If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to our support specialists via our Contact Form. Our team will convey your request directly to our courier partners, who will try their best to meet your request.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland. Once you’ve placed your order, If you order before 1pm weekdays you can expect your order to be collected by the courier the same afternoon, after 1pm will be sent the following day. 95% of our orders are delivered within 1-3 working days for the North Island, and 3-4 working days for the South Island.* Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
Are products packaged discreetly?
Yes, all products from Herbal House are sent in either a blank box or black wrapped to cover up any product information.

My order was delivered at different times?
Yes this can happen from time to time, our products are very large so in the event where a customer purchases a Grow Kit or multiple large items we will send these at the same time but in separate boxes, if you have received part of your order, don't worry, it simply means that package has made its way through the courier system faster and your remaining items will be with you very shortly.

We offer FREE Courier across New Zealand for any order, even to Rural addresses.
Delivering to thousands of customers throughout New Zealand every month, It's important that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We strive to ensure your privacy is kept confidential during any and all interactions with our website and communications.
Courier can be expensive throughout New Zealand, especially for inter-island deliveries and rural addresses, to make our services available to all regardless of where you are we have decided to cover the courier post on all purchases at our shop and website.
Once you have placed your order through our online store you will immediately enter the queue for the distribution team to package up and prepare your items for the courier to collect.
Orders placed before 1pm - We will aim to have these packaged up and collected by the courier the same day, however, this is not guaranteed and it may go the following morning.
Orders placed after 1pm - Will be collected by the courier the following morning, if you order after 2pm on Friday or anytime in the weekend then you can expect your package to be collected by the courier Monday morning.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be couriered from our warehouse to the destination. We are proud of our courier service and can happily say that North Island deliveries are typically overnight and South Island is usually 2 - 3 nights, however, if you are rural then please be patient and allow for an additional day for the driver to reach you.
We package your items with extreme care and ensure each box is discreet, if somehow your package is damaged during transit there is no need to stress as you simply need to contact us, we will replace the damaged item and will organize for the courier to collect the damaged product from you to be sent back to us.
