  • How much will shipping cost?

    We offer a free delivery option on all orders, which will be sent using the most cost-effective option at the time—this could be Post Haste, New Zealand Couriers, or CourierPost.

    If you prefer to use CourierPost only, you have the option to pay for delivery. Please note that while there is a charge for this service, the fee is often lower than the actual shipping cost and doesn’t guarantee faster delivery.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship to residential or commercial addresses in New Zealand, including PO boxes and Rural addresses. If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to our support specialists via our Contact Form. Our team will convey your request directly to our courier partners, who will try their best to meet your request.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland. Once you’ve placed your order, If you order before 1pm weekdays you can expect your order to be collected by the courier the same afternoon, after 1pm will be sent the following day. 95% of our orders are delivered within 1-3 working days for the North Island, and 3-4 working days for the South Island.* Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

  • Are products packaged discreetly?

    Yes, all products from Herbal House are sent in either a blank box or black wrapped to cover up any product information.

  • My order was delivered at different times?

    Yes this can happen from time to time, our products are very large so in the event where a customer purchases a Grow Kit or multiple large items we will send these at the same time but in separate boxes, if you have received part of your order, don't worry, it simply means that package has made its way through the courier system faster and your remaining items will be with you very shortly.

While we work hard to get every order out the door promptly, occasional delays can happen due to courier network capacity or regional delivery challenges — especially for rural or inter-island locations.

Courier costs in NZ can be high, but we believe everyone should have access to our products, no matter where you live. That’s why we’ve chosen to cover all standard courier fees for orders placed through our website or in-store.

Processing Time

All orders placed through our online store are typically dispatched the following morning once they've been carefully packed by our distribution team and collected by the courier.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, please note that occasional delays can happen during peak times, public holidays, or when courier services are under pressure.

Courier Timeframes

This refers to the time it takes for your parcel to travel from our warehouse to your address:

  • North Island: Usually overnight but can be up to 3 days.
  • South Island: Typically 2–3 business days however can be up to 5 days.
  • Rural Areas: Please allow an extra 1–3 days depending on location.
